1 cup of Coconut Milk
A hand full of Oat Flakes
1 pinch of Cinnamon
1 teaspoon of seeds and fresh fruit
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (if you feel the need to sweeten up)
1. In a pot, bring the milk to the heat.
2. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the oat flakes.
3. Boil for about 5 minutes. (Often a kind of "gum" is formed which I usually take out with a spoon). If it is already creamy, remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon, seeds and serve with fresh fruit.}
